RODOPAR runs your transportation operation: pickups, CT-e, manifest, incidents, freight settlement. The problem is rarely RODOPAR itself — it's what happens outside of it. The CT-e gets re-keyed into the ERP. Freight reconciliation turns into a spreadsheet. Fleet positions live in another system. And when finance asks why the numbers don't add up, nobody has a single answer.
We connect RODOPAR to your ERP (SAP, TOTVS, Sankhya, Omie), to telematics (SASCAR, Autotrac) and to your BI (Power BI), so that every document and every event flows once, reliably. The end of CT-e re-keying. Freight reconciliation that resolves itself. Data that turns into decisions.
What syncs between RODOPAR and your other systems
Integrating RODOPAR isn't about "exchanging data" in a generic way. It's about deciding, document by document, what needs to flow and in which direction. In practice, we sync:
- CT-e (Transport Waybill) — issued in RODOPAR, automatically posted into the ERP as a payable and a service invoice. No re-keying, no value discrepancy between the TMS and finance.
- Manifest (MDF-e) — load grouping and endorsement reflected in the ERP and available for BI.
- Freight and rate tables — values calculated in RODOPAR reconciled against accounts payable/receivable, with the difference flagged before it turns into a loss.
- Pickups and deliveries — request, packing list and proof of delivery (signature/POD) linked to the originating order in the ERP or the e-commerce platform.
- Incidents — damages, delays, refusals and re-deliveries centralized, instead of scattered across email, WhatsApp and the system itself.
- Fleet positions and events — latitude/longitude, driver hours and alerts coming from SASCAR and Autotrac, cross-referenced with the CT-e to show where each load is.
The scope is defined during the assessment: we integrate what solves a real bottleneck, not everything that is technically possible.
How the integration works in practice
RODOPAR exposes data via API and via database/file integrations, depending on the version and what has been contracted. We work with the most stable path for your environment:
- API / web services — when available, this is the preferred route: we read and write CT-e, incidents and status almost in real time.
- Database or file-exchange integration — for versions or modules without a complete API, we sync via controlled queries and agreed layouts (XML, CSV), in defined windows.
- Our own orchestration layer — between RODOPAR and the ERP sits a middleware that validates, deduplicates and translates each document. It's what guarantees that a CT-e doesn't enter twice and that an error on one side doesn't contaminate the other.
Every flow is monitorable: you see what synced, what failed and why. An integration nobody can audit isn't an integration — it's a black box waiting to fail.
The pain points this integration eliminates
Every carrier that grew fast carries the same operational scars. This integration attacks them directly:
- CT-e re-keying — the document leaves RODOPAR and enters the ERP on its own. The finance team stops re-keying and stops mistyping digits.
- Manual freight reconciliation — the comparison between calculated freight, billed freight and paid freight becomes an automatic rule, with exceptions flagged.
- Scattered incidents — damages and delays now have a single source of truth, linked to the CT-e and the customer.
- Numbers that don't add up — when RODOPAR, ERP and BI all drink from the same source, the meeting about "which report is right" is over.
RODOPAR + telematics: SASCAR and Autotrac on the same dashboard
Telematics knows where the vehicle is. RODOPAR knows which load it's carrying. Apart, they're two systems you open in different tabs. Integrated, they become end-to-end traceability.
We connect positions and events from SASCAR and Autotrac to the CT-e and the manifest in RODOPAR. The result: delivery time calculated with real position, an incident opened automatically when a vehicle deviates or stops off-route, and driver-hours and idle-time metrics that the owner checks without asking anyone for a report. It's the foundation for the control-tower module — and for telling the customer where the load is before they even ask.
RODOPAR in Power BI: metrics the team uses every day
With RODOPAR, the ERP and telematics in sync, the natural next step is to bring it all into Power BI. Not a pretty report nobody opens — dashboards that become part of the routine:
- Freight by customer, route and cargo type, with real margin after cost.
- Promised versus actual delivery time (SLA / OTD).
- Ranking and cost of incidents by cause, driver and branch.
- Freight reconciliation: what's open, in discrepancy or overdue.
Data that turns into decisions — refreshed on its own, with no one building a spreadsheet on Friday night.
Why Meta Dados
TMS integration isn't a catalog job. It's data engineering done by people who understand the transportation operation — CT-e, MDF-e, reconciliation, telematics — and not just software. We're a Brazilian data engineering consultancy since 2000, specialized in transportation and logistics, with training from USP and ITA and a method inspired by the Israeli school of offensive cybersecurity. We treat privacy and LGPD as privacy by design, not as a patch. And we deliver technology that disappears so that your business stands out.
Frequently asked questions
How long does RODOPAR integration take?
It depends on scope, but most projects deliver the first flow in production (usually CT-e to the ERP) within a few weeks. We start with the free 48h assessment, which maps your systems and prioritizes what pays off fastest. The integration is delivered in waves, not in a single six-month "big bang."
Do we have to halt operations to integrate?
No. The integration runs in parallel with your current operation. We stand up the flows in a staging environment, validate them with real data and only then switch them on in production, document by document. You're never stuck between the old system and the new one with no way out.
Which data does RODOPAR sync with the ERP?
CT-e, MDF-e (manifest), freight values, pickups, deliveries, proofs of delivery and incidents. The CT-e issued in RODOPAR automatically becomes a payable and an invoice in SAP, TOTVS, Sankhya or Omie, and the freight is reconciled against finance. The exact scope is defined during the assessment.
Does RODOPAR have an API for integration?
Yes, RODOPAR offers API/web-services integration in most versions, and when a module doesn't cover what you need, we complement it via database or file exchange (XML/CSV) in controlled windows. We choose the most stable path for your environment.
Can RODOPAR be integrated with SASCAR and Autotrac at the same time?
Yes. We bring in positions and events from SASCAR and Autotrac and cross-reference them with the CT-e and the manifest in RODOPAR, in a single flow. That way you know where each load is and open incidents automatically in cases of deviation, stop or delay.
How does RODOPAR become a Power BI dashboard?
We connect the RODOPAR database (and the data already reconciled with the ERP and telematics) to Power BI, with ready-made models for freight by customer, margin by route, delivery SLA and incident cost. The dashboards refresh on their own — no spreadsheet in the middle of the road.
