03 · Kaizen
Small, constant, always.
Continuous improvement
Small steps, every day.
The concept
Kaizen is the philosophy of progress made of small, constant steps — every day, by everyone. Nothing is so good it can’t get a little better.
In engineering
A system has no finish line. We ship in short cycles, refine pipelines and remove friction each iteration. One percent better each day compounds more than any big overhaul.
